Experienced Retail Associate (Growth to Manager) – $16.50/hr + Bonus – Franklin
Location: Franklin, TN (Mall kiosk)
Pay: $16.50/hour plus performance-based bonuses
Type: Part-time with opportunity for advancement to management
We’re hiring an experienced retail associate to help run a mall kiosk in Franklin for a
fun, exciting brand with a truly unique product that naturally draws people in.
This is not a pushy sales role. You will not be expected to stop shoppers or approach people walking by.
Customers are already curious and come to the kiosk on their own — your role is to provide a great experience once they do.
This position pays on the higher end of retail, with the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance,
because we’re looking for someone who can confidently run the kiosk, represent the brand well, and take ownership of the space.
This is not an entry-level, first-job position.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running day-to-day kiosk operations independently
Welcoming customers who approach the kiosk and answering questions
Demonstrating and explaining a unique, eye-catching product
Creating a positive, fun, and professional customer experience
Processing sales accurately through a POS system
Keeping the kiosk clean, organized, and visually appealing
Opening and closing the kiosk as scheduled
Monitoring inventory and flagging restock needs
Communicating performance insights and opportunities to the owner
What We’re Looking For
Previous retail or customer-facing experience required
Comfortable interacting with customers who approach you
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and take ownership of the kiosk
Friendly, approachable personality (without being pushy)
Motivated by performance and earning bonuses
Interested in growing into a lead or manager role
Compensation & Bonuses
$17.50/hour base pay
Performance-based bonuses tied to sales and kiosk performance
Clear expectations around how bonuses are earned
