We are currently hiring a full-time Studio Manager for our Nashville location only to oversee operations, marketing, and event coordination to help grow the business.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the daily operations of the Nashville studio, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Oversee and execute marketing efforts, including social media, Facebook ads, and event promotions.
Plan and coordinate art events, workshops, and private parties to maximize attendance and revenue.
Track paint and supply usage to monitor inventory and costs.
Supervise staff, virtual assistants, and event team members.
Handle partnership inquiries and promote business collaborations in other cities and states.
Maintain a high-energy, creative, and professional environment for both customers and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience in event planning, marketing, or business operations (retail or entertainment experience is a plus).
Social media and digital marketing knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, advertising strategies).
Ability to multitask and manage both staff and customer experiences.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
