This is typically a full-time position, which is defined as being scheduled to work 6 Days a week.

As a Sales Associate , you will play a key role in connecting with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the car-buying process. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an outstanding customer experience by offering expert product knowledge, conducting test drives, and assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter and process all loan applications and Sales Contracts ( Buy Here Pay Here )

Provide auto generated decisions & Self-motivated; can complete tasks without being asked.

Assign incoming documents to the proper account in our tracking system and Paper Files

Provide troubleshooting support and ability to complete and solve all incoming Matters

Monitor and review received applications to determine if all paperwork has been received and take the next steps necessary

Recognize missing, incomplete or invalid documents then follow up with Management

Troubleshoot business customer questions in both Spanish and English

Identify customer complaints and take appropriate action

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English

Superior customer service skills and desire to help consumers.

Ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment with frequent interruptions.

Ability to support and maintain confidential relationships, processes, and information.

Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and in person. Can verbally articulate requests for information professionally.

Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations.

Ability to understand and follow policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Ability to promote a positive work environment for current and prospective employees.

Proficiency with a computer, standard office equipment and computer Sales programs.

Experienced Data Entry and testing may be required.

Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Build rapport and establish positive relationships to understand their preferences and needs.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies, features, and specifications. Effectively communicate the benefits of different models to customers.

Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Provide transparent and accurate information about pricing, financing options, and promotions.

Test Drives: Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance. Address customer inquiries and concerns during the test drive experience.

Negotiation: Collaborate with customers to understand their budget and negotiate sales terms. Work closely with the manager to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Paperwork and Documentation: Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases. Ensure accuracy and compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.

Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to provide updates on the status of their purchase, answer any post-sale inquiries, and foster long-term relationships.

Process Paperworks to apply for Title & registrations for all used vehicles on a timely basis

Precisely analyze vehicle title and/or ownership documents

Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles

Daily Customers Account Check for Insurance and Car Payment and Maintanance

Ability to Manage Inventory and Daily Maintanance Check for All Vehicles

Providing Proper Advertising and Respond to all Calls & Messages

Keep Working Area Clean and Organize All Paperworks

Ability to Learn about Auto Parts and Order Correct Parts for Vehicles in Repair Shop
