The Role
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you’ll help clients find personalized coverage across auto, home, life, health and umbrella insurance. You’ll receive inbound leads, while also leveraging your network to build a sustainable book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up and close warm leads from marketing programs
Generate additional pipelines via networking and referrals
Educate clients on multiple insurance lines
Manage the full sales cycle: quote, write, bind, and renew
Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives repeat business
What You Bring:
Tennessee Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain quickly).
Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
A self-driven, coachable, and competitive mindset
Strong networking skills and community presence
