Stonewood Apartments seeks Leasing Consultant for this 408 unit community in Antioch. A Leasing Consultant's responsibilities vary daily but the primary duty is to assist prospective residents in the leasing process, promote resident satisfaction and retention, complete lease paperwork for new leases and renewals of existing leases and offer incredible customer service to prospects and current residents.
Ideal candidate will be friendly, professional and helpful. Excellent Communication Skills and General Office/Administrative/Computer skills are a required. Property Management experience a huge plus. Sales, Leasing or hospitality experience preferred but will train the right person. The entry level position is a fabulous way to start a career in the world of Property Management.
