We are a growing company that is looking for a competitive, goal-oriented Sales Person to develop a consistent network of general contractors. In this role, you’ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a network of Residential and Commercial contractors.
Our primary business is spray foam insulation. In addition, we offer fiberglass, vapor barriers and insulation removal. Our crawlspace encapsulation system is second to none with additional services in the works for next year.
Your focus will be the new construction market in the Middle Tennessee area.
You must be comfortable with working around construction sites and possess the business development skills to create a consistent pipeline within the general contractor community. You’ll have the freedom (and you must possess the conviction) to create and implement strategies that will lead to the continued growth of your sales pipeline.

Base salary with an excellent commission structure. This Sales position is all about earning commissions.

Do You Have:
Experience with Contractor Installed Sales?
Experience in Construction?
Outside Sales experience?
A track record of accomplishments and promotions in Sales or Business Development?
