CURED Nails located at 813 Gallatin Avenue in East Nashville is looking for an in-house Esthetician to rent an available space we have located within the salon.
The structure would be as follows:
Esthetician rents room and operates as own business. Monthly rental price can be negotiated depending on amount of days per month Esthetician plans to utilize space.
CURED will only accept monthly rent. No percentage of sales will be taken from Esthetician services/sales.
Must obtain own business license and state board approval before renting the space.
Esthetician must have own equipment necessary to provide services.
"White Box" room will be provided as is, all necessary furnishings will be Esthetician's responsibility.
Rent will be month-to-month basis with binding contract created by both parties.
Esthetician may provide any services they are licensed by the state board of TN to offer, with waxing being the only mandatory service (we get A LOT of waxing requests from clients).
Esthetician will be responsible for all booking (online, email, and phone).
Esthetician will be responsible for their own POS system (Square, etc) of their choosing.
Esthetician responsible for getting insurance before business begins operation.
