We are seeking a tech-savvy, self-motivated IT professional who enjoys working with their hands, traveling, and solving problems in real-world environments.
What You’ll Do
Travel is typically 2-4 days per week (home every weekend) to install, maintain, and repair gaming machines at customer locations.
Set up localized networks onsite including running CAT5/CAT6 cabling and configuring systems.
Train operators on how to use and maintain gaming and Point of Sale equipment.
Drive company-provided vehicles (dually trucks, trailers, or box trucks) to and from job sites.
When not on the road, you will report to our Murfreesboro office to help build, test, and support gaming machines and related IT systems.
Support IT operations, including hardware/software, troubleshooting, and basic network setup (Linux and Microsoft environments).

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with F endorsement required (not required to have prior to hiring)
Tech-savvy and hands-on (comfortable working with hardware, tools, and computer systems)
Experience with CAT5/CAT6 cabling, networking, & General IT troubleshooting preferred
Knowledge of Linux, Windows, SQL/MySQL, and command-line interfacing is a plus
Strong work ethic, communication, and time management skills
Must be comfortable traveling throughout the week
