Cleaners Needed- Apartment cleaner
We are looking to hire a housekeeper to clean apartments after renovation. We are looking for a responsible, hard-working, trustworthy, detail-oriented, flexible, honest, and reliable housekeeper. There is no construction cleaning; Most complexes get new appliances. House Keeper
Must have reliable transportation, liability insurance & workers comp required.
Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Prioritization and time management skills
Customer-oriented and friendly
Working quickly without compromising quality
Notify Project Manager or Lead Tech on any damages, deficits and disturbances
Tasks
Renovated Units- Multi-family-Vacuuming, sweeping, dust blinds, clean interior windows, clean bathroom. Wipe down counters, cabinets, clean appliances inside; out and mopping floors.

Base pay by the unit. 12 to 15 units per month.
