M&M Painting & Construction offers complete interior rehab/renovation services for apartment communities nationwide. We are currently hiring experienced Sub-contractors to service our customers in the Nashville Area. Materials and supplies are provided by M&M.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Painting-sheetrock repairs, Tape/float/texture, painting walls/ceilings/trim/doors, etc.
Carpentry-trim repairs, interior door installation, cabinetry repairs, etc.
Countertops-Installation of countertops, sinks, garbage disposals, etc.
Cabinetry-Installation of new cabinet boxes, new cabinet door and drawer fronts, hardware, etc.
Electrical-Installation of new light fixtures, switches, outlets, fans, smoke alarms, etc.
Plumbing-Installation of new faucets, toilets, tubs/showers, manifolds, supply lines, etc.
HVAC-Installation of new vent covers, thermostats, etc.
Accessories-Installation of mirrors, window blinds, door hardware, bath hardware, etc.
Tile-repairs or new installations
Minimum 2 years Multi-Family, Make-Ready Experience
Must have own equipment/tools (airless sprayer a must for painters)
Must have reliable transportation and cell phone
Drug-free with valid identification
