Superior Skilled Trades is seeking various asphalt crew members for temp-to-perm projects in the Lebanon, TN area.
WEEKLY PAY! TEMP-TO-PERM!
PAY: $18-36/hour (based upon position and experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays 5 days per week
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Friday; 7:00 am-3:30 pm
START DATE: ASAP

Qualifications for Asphalt Crew Member:
Experience in your respective position (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
Proficiency with industry tools and equipment.
Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
Drug screening required
