We are seeking a Door Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will learn how to install and repair various types of commercial doors. You will learn automatic doors, door closers, panic hardware, and locks.
Responsibilities:
Install and repair various types of doors, including residential and commercial doors.
Install and repair automatic doors, door closers, panic hardware, and locks.
Perform preventive maintenance on doors and associated hardware.
Identify and diagnose door and hardware issues and provide solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.
Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with customers, and provide accurate quotes for repairs and replacements.
Training:
For the right candidate, we are willing to provide on-the-job training. The training program will cover the basics of door installation and repair, as well as automatic doors, door closers, panic hardware, and locks. The candidate will also receive training on customer service and communication skills.
