Location: Hybrid Remote
Member will need to fly or drive to the office a minimum of 5 times a year for a 2-day trip. Rest of time work remotely from home.
Bartram Electric, a leading provider of electrical contracting services across the lower seven eastern states, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in preparation of detailed cost estimates for multifamily, hotel, and hospitality projects mandatory. Commercial experience a plus.
Utilize online estimating software to generate accurate and competitive bids.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labor costs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for multifamily, hotel, and hospitality projects.
Proficiency in online estimating tools and software.
Experience with Conest and Sure Count is preferred.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid remote environment.
