Contractor Opportunity – Unit Turns Available (Nashville)
We’re looking for experienced contractors to assist with unit turns. If you're interested, please email us for the full scope of work and budget details.
Project Details:
Materials: Provided and ready for use
Cleaning: Contractor must supply all cleaning supplies and equipment
Painting: Pre-clean must be completed before painting begins. Paint materials can be picked up at Sherwin-Williams
Replacements: If doors, cabinets, or countertops need replacing, the contractor will purchase them and include the cost in their budget
Terms & Timeline:
Payment Terms: Net 45
Turn Time: 5–7 business days per unit
