Stellar Home Maintenance is looking for experienced fencers capable of both fence repairs and full replacements.
All work orders will be service calls for single family rental homes. Great fit for someone who is looking to stay busy and grow their business!
Our ideal candidate has previous knowledge of working as a maintenance tech for apartment complexes or other types of property management companies.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
Company:
- This is NOT a lead service. There are no fees associated with taking our work
- This is a 1099 contractor position
- We operate off of an app for assigning work orders
The Pay:
-The labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work. We will go over pricing in the interview phase.
-Pay is by direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis
