We’re looking for an experienced Grading Foreman for a project in Columbia, TN. The equipment and operator are already on-site — we need someone who can read and interpret grading plans, direct the operator, and oversee day-to-day grading activities.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not an office position.

Responsibilities:
Read and interpret civil site plans and grading blueprints
Direct operator on cuts, fills, and slopes
Ensure work is done accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with project manager or GC as needed
Maintain safety and production on site

Reliable transportation to the site
