Overview:
SONIQ Windows & Doors, Nashville is seeking a skilled Service Technician to repair scratches, dents, and finish imperfections on powder-coated aluminum windows. This role is an excellent fit for candidates with an autobody repair or collision repair background, as the required skills transfer easily. What You’ll Do:
Repair scratches, dents, and minor damage on powder-coated aluminum window frames
Perform bondo, sanding, color-matching, and painting at a high level
Deliver superior finish quality with strong attention to detail
Work independently on job sites or in our shop, depending on project needs
Communicate clearly with customers and team members about repair scope
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in autobody repair, collision repair, or refinishing
Strong proficiency with filler, sanding, prep, and paint
High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license
Competitive pay based on experience
