Our small company is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician who will work under the direct supervision of the Chief Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a wide variety of maintenance duties while communicating effectively with tenants, visitors and vendors.
Essential Functions:
Perform basic electrical and plumbing duties, as well as occasional, simple construction.
Maintain and repair facility equipment and property structures.
Perform extensive HVAC repairs and maintenance.
Respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on the premises in a prompt and professional manner.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Use basic computer skills to communicate and access building controls.

Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the maintenance technician is very active and will be standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing. Must be able to lift or move items over 50 lbs.
This is a full-time position, with work hours of Monday Friday from 7:00 am 4:00 pm.
