knowledge of underground, top out and trim phases of plumbing.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling material deliveries and labor – 2 week look ahead
Directing labor subcontractor
QC of labor subcontractor workmanship – issuing punch lists and close out of punch lists.
Assisting Project Managers to schedule contract draws and subcontractor payments
Coordinating production with GC and other subcontractors
Maintaining requisite daily and weekly paperwork – turned in weekly at shop
Enforcement of company safety program to OSHA standards
Represent the company at weekly job site coordination meetings
Daily use of Procore – daily logs, delay logs, potential change orders, contract document reading, punch lists, picture documentation.
Experience Requirements:
Knowledge of plumbing in new construction, preferably multifamily
Underground experience
Construction field supervision experience
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
Use of smart-phone, computer, and/or tablet
Possess effective interpersonal communication skills
Management of personnel/subs working in several areas
Superintendent will be provided with a truck or a truck allowance, a gas card, and an iPad.
Superintendent will need to have a valid driver's license with clean driving record, hand tools, and PPE – you may need to perform work to ensure completion if last minute issues arise.
Each member of our company works extremely well as a team but is also very independent.
