As a Pool Crew Builder, you will play a crucial role in the construction and installation of high-quality swimming pools. This role requires strong teamwork, technical skills, and a dedication to ensuring our clients' vision becomes a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Pool Construction Manager and project team to execute pool construction projects according to design specifications and client requirements.
Assist in excavating pool sites, preparing the ground, installing steel wall panels, hanging vinyl liners and setting fiberglass pool shells.
Construct and install pool equipment, such as filtration systems, pumps, and plumbing, following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process, adapting to changing conditions as necessary.
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks and promote a secure construction site.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in pool construction or a related field is a plus, but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to headquarters.
Work Schedule:
Approximately 7-4, Monday through Friday. Times may vary based on job location and scheduling timelines. Crews meet at headquarters daily before going to job site in company vehicles.
Compensation:
$15 to $19/hr depending on experience
W-2 Employee, paid weekly
Overtime after 40 hour work weekly
