Looking for Property Maintenance Subcontractor – Nashville
We manage a handful of rental properties around Nashville and need a reliable person (or small crew) we can call for ongoing maintenance and repair work.
Jobs include things like:
Basic repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.)
Small plumbing/electrical fixes
Lawn care/yard work here and there
Getting rentals ready between tenants
What we need from you:
Be dependable and show up when you say you will
Have your own tools and transportation
Some experience working on homes/apartments
Insurance is a plus, licenses even better
This is subcontract work, paid per job. We stay pretty busy, so there’s steady work for the right person.
