Millwork/Cabinet Maker/Carpenter/Remodeling skills

We are currently seeking a full-time employee to join our team. We are looking for an Individual with a passion for detail and craftsmanship. Self-starters with a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic are the "right fit" for this position. Our carpenters are essential in delivering customized, high quality products that exceed our customer's expectations.
Pay is market-competitive and commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Read technical drawings/blueprints and work orders to determine sequence of work and produce project work as outlined by customer specifications
Experience with general remodeling including drywall, tile, flooring, trim
Construct and assemble cabinets, ensuring exact measurements and placement of components and hardware
Utilize prior experience with woodworking, laminating, finishing, adhesives and assembly to problem solve any issues that arise
Proficiently and safely handle all equipment necessary for your work including hand tools, table saws, routers and measuring tools
Record tracking information for time spent, materials used and issues encountered
Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
Qualifications:
2-4 years experience with all shop and field tools including hand tools, table saws, routers, measuring tools etc.
2-4 years of experience in woodworking
Applicant must be able to work individually and with a team
Able to lift 50 to 70lbs frequently; walk and stand for long periods of time
Broad knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work with and direct helpers when needed
Required license or certification:
Must have transportation- Work will include the Nashville and Murfreesboro metropolitan area.
