Installation Helper – Full Time
Under Deck Oasis & Patio Solutions
We’re growing and looking for a full-time Installation Helper to join our team! We install aluminum under-deck drainage systems, build patio structures, and do occasional deck work.
Position Details:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Year-round, full-time work
$20–$30/hour, based on experience
What We’re Looking For:
Enthusiastic and eager to learn a new trade
Construction or decking experience is a plus
Familiarity with framing, metal brake use, or window installation is helpful
Comfortable working overhead on ladders (lightweight materials)
Jobs primarily in Williamson, Davidson, and surrounding counties
