Home improvement company seeks an Underground Drain Installation Sub-Contractor for residential installations.
Must have General Liability Insurance and Workers Comp insurance (or equivalent).
Ability to rent a trencher (or owns one) some installs may not require a machine.
Must have experience working with PVC piping.
Must know how AND have equipment (or can rent concrete saw) to cut through concrete sidewalks to lay pipe and refill hole neatly with concrete.
No sales experience or site surveying is required.
We do all the sales, we do the site survey and check with utility companies for digging access or obstructions.
We mark direction of pipe to be laid and where the end will deposit the water.
We send you pictures, a work order and an official Dig Survey document so you know there is no obstructions.
We pay by the foot with a minimum job dollar amount that does not include equipment rental. We also pay for mileage.
Just pick up the pipe and lay it.
