Help Desk Support in Oak Ridge, TN.
Flexibility is needed as you will be working an 8hour shift/40hr workweek in support of this call center which is open 6am-8pm 7days per week. There will also be reduced staff on weekends and holidays, volunteers are always requested first!
Provide Tier I IT support via phone, email, web chat as well as direct ticket submission.
Teleworking capability is also required, to assure coverage in cases of inclement weather.
DESIRED Skills - Active Directory and DFS experience, Microsoft Exchange Server-based email using Outlook, knowledge of help desk software and tools, mobile device support, VPN/remote connectivity support, technical writing, Visual Basic scripting, Web-based application support and development.
High school diploma or GED required, and at least one year call center or help desk experience or equivalent technical ability.
