Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and Skilled Gov Security Services Professional  /Security Manager  for one of our clients Position:  Gov Security Services Professional/Security Manager 

Location: Oak Ridge, TN ( (Onsite)

Duration:Long Term Contract

 

The project works on a 9-80 schedule with every other Friday off. Start times are flexible but the standard work week is: Monday - Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. The schedule on working Fridays is: 7:00 am-3:30 pm.

Role Overview: Provide task and schedule information for the development and implementation of the readiness/start up activities.

Principle responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Serve as the lead point of contact for UPF Security Readiness.

Coordinate and interface with UPF organizations and Y-12 security organizations as necessary.

Interact with multiple organizations on various levels to ensure compliance and requirements documentation is acceptable for performance and readiness criteria.

Manage and input evidence data to support performance and readiness criteria.

Maintain accurate records of security compliance documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field plus a minimum of 15 years related experience, or in lieu of degree, at least 21 years of professional, related experience.

Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check which includes verification of employment, education and travel.

Must be able to obtain site security badge for access to work site.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess good computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs as needed to support evidence documentation.

Must maintain a high level of attention to detail while working in a fast paced environment.

Must be self-motivating and possess the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Minimum of 15 years’ experience as a security supervisor.

Working knowledge of Federal Orders, Standards and Manuals.

Working knowledge of Protective Force operations to include Argus.

Must have a working knowledge of Y-12 National Security Complex site operations.
