Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our multi-national client in Pulaski, Tennessee. This role is primarily involved in the manufacturing industry and requires on-site presence. As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will primarily handle the creation and management of various financial reports, with a high volume of work expected.Responsibilities: Generate financial reports using specific templates, drawing data from SAP. Handle a high volume of reporting tasks, ensuring compliance with international financial regulations. Manage ad hoc reports as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Use your knowledge of labor and inventory reporting to provide insights within the manufacturing context. Utilize your skills in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) to contribute to our financial strategies. Leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks. Ensure all reporting tasks are completed accurately, demonstrating high attention to detail and commitment to quality.Requirements Proven experience as a Financial Reporting Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of SAP software or another large ERP system is strongly preferred Proficiency in financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Ability to perform ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as required Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP& A) Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes Understanding of data analysis and forecasting Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Exceptional communication and leadership skills Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plusRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
