Job description:
Develop and maintain successful working relationships with existing and potential customers
Perform quantity take offs for asphalt and concrete
Establish and apply pricing to bids
Visit sites and attend pre bid meetings
Invoice completed jobs
Collaboratively work with coworkers
Develop and update project schedules

Qualifications:
Proven track record in construction operations with 1 year minimum estimating and/or project management experience
Valid driver's license with ability to insure
Navigate and use computer software related to construction industry
Pay:
$50,000 - $100,000
