NOCCR in Knoxville,TN. is currently seeking healthy MEN ages 18-55 for a clinical research study, testing an investigational medication being developed as an anti-diabetic & anti-obesity medication.
Participants must be willing to complete a screening and stay overnight in the study center for 5 days & 4 nights with 4 follow-up visits. Compensation up to $1,775 available for time and travel.
QUICK TURN-AROUND SCREENING THIS WEEK. Check-in date: April 3rd.
If you cannot do this check-in date we will have additional screening dates/cohorts
To participate you must: Be between the ages: 18 - 55 years
Be healthy taking no medications and no diagnosed medical conditions
Have a BMI (Body Mass Index) between 18-30
Body weight between: 143- 198 pounds
Must meet weight & BMI requirements call for details
Be able to pass a urine drug screen test
No History of Hepatitis B, C, or HIV
Be a NON-Smoker (Cannot smoke more than 5 cigarettes per week & cannot smoke at all during the study - there is NO urine nicotine test)
No history of any GI surgeries such as weight loss surgery, gallstones, gall bladder removal, and etc.
