620 State Restaurant & Catering is hiring a FULL TIME Assistant General Manager who will answer directly to the General Manager/Area Manager. This position requires open availability and previous Restaurant Manager or Kitchen Manager Experience. This position requires knowledge of Quickbooks, Exel, Google Drive, & basic computer knowledge etc. You must be able to trouble-shoot and think on the fly to solve issues that arise before they become problems. Must be able to work all positions in the restaurant as required by needs. A valid TN ABC card is also required. Must be able to be on your feet for up to 12 hours a day. Must be able to lift and hold 50 lbs. Expected to lead by example and be self motivated to succeed. This position comes with the opportunity to be promoted within The Stir Fry Restaurant Group as well.
