Jackson’s Prime, a premier fine dining steakhouse opening in historic downtown Jonesborough on Main Street in early summer 2025, is seeking a polished and professional Lead Host / Guest Experience Coordinator to be the face of our restaurant.

As the Lead Host / Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the first and last impression of Jackson’s Prime, ensuring every guest receives a seamless, welcoming, and elevated dining experience.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospitality professional with fine dining experience, a warm yet confident demeanor, and a strong ability to manage reservations, greet VIPs, and coordinate front-of-house operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences and leading a team with poise and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
Manage reservations, table assignments, and guest flow to optimize service.
Coordinate VIP and special occasion experiences, ensuring personalized service.
Oversee and mentor the host team, setting the tone for hospitality excellence.
Work closely with management and FOH staff to ensure seamless service execution.
Handle guest inquiries, accommodate requests, and resolve any concerns graciously.
Maintain an organized, elegant, and inviting entrance and waiting area.
Qualifications
Experience as a lead host, maître d’, or guest relations role in fine dining.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask.
Poised, polished, and professional with a natural ability to make guests feel valued.
Experience with reservation and seating management systems (such as OpenTable or Resy).
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
Passion for hospitality, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
