Commercial Plumbing Technician
We are looking for a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for troubleshooting and making a variety of commercial plumbing repairs.
Responsibilities:
⢠Drain cleaning
⢠Plumbing and fixture repairs
⢠System troubleshooting (water heaters, boilers, grease waste systems, etc.)
⢠Use diagnostic tools to test and inspect systems
⢠Other duties as assigned
⢠Maintain a clean and professional work appearance (uniforms provided).
⢠Maintain provided truck and equipment
Qualifications:
⢠Previous experience with plumbing and drain cleaning preferred
⢠Knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment
⢠Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
⢠Clean driving record, good credit history and able to pass a drug screen
⢠Must be able to perform tasks from a ladder or while bending / stooping / squatting / kneeling. Lifting, carrying, and pulling are also physical requirements of this job.
⢠Strong communication skills
⢠Good work ethic, dependable, trustworthy
⢠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Steady work schedule, generally 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, some overtime as needed and weekend on call approximately every 3-4 weeks. Occasional overnight work (but not frequent). Tools and equipment provided.
