Multi-site apartment complex is looking for an experienced maintenance technician and an experienced plumber. Applicants must have their own tools and transportation.
Maintenance personnel should have experience in sheetrock, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general apartment maintenance.
Plumbing personnel should have experienced in all levels of Plumbing including cast iron, copper, PVC and PEX.
