Position Title: Hardscape Installer / Laborer

Job Summary:
The Hardscape Installer/Laborer will be responsible for assisting in the installation of various hardscape elements, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
Installation Tasks:
Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as pavers, stone walls, and patios.
Prepare job sites by clearing debris and leveling surfaces.
Maintenance of Equipment:
Operate and maintain tools and machinery safely, including saws, compactors, and excavators.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Site Safety and Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working atmosphere for all crew members.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to complete projects on time.
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Experience:
Previous experience in hardscaping or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools relevant to hardscaping tasks.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 pounds) and perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions.
Stamina to stand, walk, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
Skills:
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities.
The ability to read and interpret blueprints or project plans is a plus.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
A positive attitude toward work.
Working Conditions:
Work is primarily outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, or humidity.
Flexible hours may include occasional weekend work based on project needs.
