Local property managment company searching for a maintenance tech to work starting PT but will become FT.
Tasks include light plumbing, light electrical, sheetrock repair, painting, vynal plank flooring installation, carpentry and various other tasks that would be involved in residential rental property.
Must have own tools, reliable transportation, ability to work with tenants and other people and the flexibility to work when needed.
This is a 1099 position (independent contractor). Please send resume or work history.
