Tri-Cities Remodeling, licensed general contractors, electricians and plumbers, is looking for an experienced electrician.
Must be capable of performing all residential related electrical jobs to current code and pass city / county / state inspections as needed on jobs.
Must be willing to assist with work outside electrical work as needed for work flow. Your primary role will be electrical work. But we run many job sites. And there will be times you'll be needed to help out on other tasks. But we'll be sure to keep you at 40+ hours a week, year round.
This is a full time W-2 position.
This opportunity includes:
Excellent pay ! $26 - $30 / hour base pay plus differentials and performance bonuses.
Time & a half for anything over 40 hours a week
Vacation / sick days Yes you'll get paid for vacation / sick days. First year you earn 6 days. After 2 years you get 10 days a year.
Paid holidays - We pay up to 8 hours for major holidays if we work them or not. If you work it, in effect you get double paid.

We will pull permits as needed and coordinate inspections. You'll just have to make sure you've done your work correctly.

Must be able to completely manage electrical work on job sites that include :
Kitchen and bath remodels
Building decks, that may include ceiling fans, outlets, exterior lights
Convert basements to finished livable space
Build garages, attached and stand alone
Build additions from the ground up
You'll be responsible for:
Running new home runs to panels
Panel swaps
Sub panel installs
Rough in work
Complete wiring for new additions / basements, etc.
Troubleshoot electrical issues
New service installs
