This is a working supervisory position. You must work along side your team (crew) Residential Building & Remodeling
IN THE HEART OF THE NEW RIVER GORGE NATIONAL PARK! MANY OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL ACTIVIES!
Have own tools and transportation. Fuel reimbursement OR Company truck is provided in certain situations (MUST HAVE SPOTLESS DRIVING RECORD FOR COMPANY TRUCK) Time and project management is essential. Must be a productive leader of the team that has the ability to motivate and direct personnel in an efficient manner.

JOB DUTIES
- Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
- Delegate individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and subcontractors
- Train, manage and mentor employees and subcontractors
- Project adequate needed resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
- Emphasize safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures
- Develop and manage project budgets and quality standards for all sites
- Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
- Regularly report project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
- Any other duties that the job may require
