Sims-Lohman Fine Kitchens and Granite is seeking experienced 1099 Granite Installers to join our team in the Blountville, TN area. We specialize in high-quality kitchen and granite installations and are looking for reliable subcontractors who take pride in their craftsmanship and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Install granite countertops and related surfaces with precision and care
Ensure job sites are clean and safe
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements:
Proven experience in granite installation
Own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
Must be able to communicate
Insurance Requirements (Summary):
All subcontractors must carry and provide proof of the following insurance coverage before starting work:
Commercial General Liability:
$1,000,000 per occurrence
$2,000,000 general aggregate
$2,000,000 completed operations aggregate
$1,000,000 personal and advertising injury
Automobile Liability:
$1,000,000 combined single limit (includes owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles)
Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability:
$1,000,000 each accident
$1,000,000 each employee for injury by disease
$1,000,000 aggregate for injury by disease
Umbrella/Excess Liability:
$1,000,000 occurrence/aggregate
Must be follow-form over primary policies
Policy Continuation:
Completed operations coverage must continue for 7 years after project completion.
