Tri-Cities Remodeling and Construction Company is hiring for Team leads / Jobsite Foreman
Minimum 10 years experience doing residential remodeling / construction

First rate pay - $28 - $36 / hour with potential to earn $80K+ per year

Full time W-2 position
40 hours per week YEAR ROUND. (Every employee has had 40 hours per week available through November, December, January, February, you get the idea)

We have licensed electricians and plumbers on staff as employees as well.
You'll be responsible for overseeing projects including (depending on your skillset):
Kitchen and bath remodels
Flooring installs
Building decks, including waterproof and covered decks, PT lumber and Trex (We are TrexPRO certified)
Whole home paint jobs
Roofs
Building additions
Full basement remodels
Build garages (attached and detached)
Whole home remodels
Higher skill sets, the ability to run larger projects and meet timetables are paid higher wages and bonuses.
Must have reliable transportation to get to jobsites throughout Tri-Cities area and a bit beyond
Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm with occasional overtime
