What You'll DoCome join our Enterprise Business Solutions team and partner with areas across the enterprise to enable a customer centric experience leveraging Salesforce Customer Data Platform. This is a dynamic team at the ground level of CDP and all the capabilities the platform enables. Lots of exciting opportunities for a candidate that is looking to get in at initial stages and build out robust solutions.You will play a critical role in designing, developing and maintaining our Salesforce CDP while integrating with various sources utilizing AWS, Snowflake and API’s. We integrate our technology stack with other enterprise solutions to connect data and deliver a cohesive customer experience across interaction channels like web, mobile, and email email. We need someone who can help our team deliver this exciting work! We work on all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and consider ourselves full stack engineers. This can cover discovery, design, dev, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring. Our team collaborates throughout the workday and we flex between mob, pair and solo approaches to meet the needs of the work effort. Here are few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:

Who You AreWe are looking for someone with:
Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM or Salesforce CDP is required.
Must have the desire to learn new technology and continuously grow.
Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners.
Additional preferred technical experience:
AWS Cloud platform experience including AWS Cloud Services (S3, Glue, Athena, etc.) preferred, but open to other cloud platform experience (GCP, Heroku, etc.)
Snowflake experience.
Experienced with API calls and system integrations.
Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
