Job Description

Accendi Group is currently looking to fill a

Telecom Expense Management Analyst position with a fast-pacedcompany in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree and 2-7 years of experience as an Invoice Analyst, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst or within a corporate Accounting function or service provider.

Essential Functions and Qualifications:

• Forensic analysis of telecom invoices inclusive of tracking, reviewing, auditing, optimizing, approving and processing for payment
• Able to formulate expense reduction plans as a result of studying telecom details
• Ability to manage heavy volumes and often complex telecom invoices and carrier bills
• Account Management in serving as an extension of a client’s team
• Microsoft Office competency and fluency in Excel, application databases/software
• Confidence in delivering in-person and web-meetings; including all levels/organizations within a client organization
• Present recurring Performance and Opportunities Dashboard
• Understanding of invoice, allocation, organizational hierarchy in relation to accounting practices
• Ability to work remotely as required

Qualifications

The

Telcom Expense Management Analyst is a self-starter with a strong background and understanding of telecommunications management and provider practices; previous telecom expense management (TEM) analyst experience highly preferred.
