Sr. Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Representative in South Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is centered in the manufacturing industry where you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing client relationships, processing orders, and facilitating seamless communication between customers and vendors. Responsibilities: Oversee established client accounts and provide superior customer service support Process new orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring prompt implementation into ERP/Oracle software Collaborate with production and inventory control teams to monitor order progress and inventory levels Facilitate communication between customers and vendors using various modes such as phone, email, and Microsoft Teams Utilize multiple computer programs to track and manage data effectively Maintain and manage large distributor agreements across specialized industries Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with contractual agreements Manage the order fulfillment process from production to shipment delivery Implement data into ERP/Oracle software and oversee the order fulfillment process.For immediate consideration please contact: Kelly Fellows at 865-370-2219Requirements Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Customer Service Representative or in a similar role. Have a proven track record in Management System. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience in Customer Service is essential. Familiarity with Vendor Management is a must. Have prior experience in Order Entry. Show competency in Project Tracking. Experience with Automated Inventory Management is required. Proficiency in using Oracle is necessary. Have excellent Client Communication skills. Must have experience with Automatic Data Processing.
