Job Description

Phoenix Motorcarsis looking to bring an experienced Territory Sales Manager to ourexpanding team. You will be responsible forEV chargingsales activitieson the East Coast, Mid West, or West Coast.This is a full time position.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual revenue and quota
  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities from outbound/inbound calls, leads, general prospecting and email marketing. This includes cold calling and networking in the region to develop one’s own opportunities
  • Perform sales presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects
  • Travel extensively into territory to develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, present, articulate/clarify value and differentiation, and win the business in expected timeframe
  • Partner with field reseller partners and/or service partners to develop sales opportunities and to support sales and implementation activities
  • Support training of new channel partners
  • Develop territory strategy, including channel leverage and internal resource requirements, for each account
  • Accurately forecast revenue for territory and accounts, maintain contact information, business history and opportunity details in salesforce.com continuously
  • Develop a strong technical baseline through training and development milestones
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering and Customer Support
  • Identify potential host partners and close operator agreements to deploy charging services where PMC owns and operates chargers for partners
  • Experience with selling SaaS

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years sales experience and demonstrated sales quota attainment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, strong execution capability
  • University degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Loves to work in a team environment, but able to work independently
  • Sees learning as a never-ending process
  • Has industry expertise and loves to close the bridge between industry and technology
  • Start-up mentality
  • Experience with Salesforce
