Sika is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow sales and strengthen customer relationships with hardware stores, paint stores, lumber yards, and other building material retailers throughout an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys being on the road, building relationships with store owners and purchasing teams, identifying new business opportunities, and helping customers find the right products and solutions for their needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing accounts, opening new accounts, increasing product visibility, and driving sales growth across the territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hardware stores, paint stores, home improvement retailers, lumber yards, and other key accountsGrow sales within an assigned territory by expanding existing accounts and developing new business opportunitiesMake regular in-person customer visits to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and provide product supportPresent and promote products to store owners, purchasing managers, sales associates, contractors, and other decision makersIncrease product placement, distribution, displays, and overall visibility within customer locationsProspect for new accounts and establish relationships with potential customers throughout the territoryWork closely with customers to develop sales strategies, promotions, merchandising programs and product assortmentsProvide product training and sales support to customer personnel when neededMaintain accurate customer information, sales activity, forecasts, and follow-ups through CRM or company systemsAttend trade shows, customer events, dealer meetings and other industry related activities as neededConsistently achieve or exceed territory sales goals and performance objectives
