As a Guest Services Agent you will be reporting to the Front Office Manager and Duty Managers, providing exceptional customer service to our guests as they check in & out of the hotel. What you will be doing:- Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and inhouse guests at all times.- Assisting guests with enquiries and complaints and providing accurate information to guests about property facilities and features.- Checking guests in and out of the hotel in a timely manner- Handling guest enquiries and providing information on local attractions, giving directions where required- Taking reservations as required- Ensuring accurate payment of guest accounts
