Your new roleWe currently have a 6 month contract opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to work on a business critical program for one of Leidos’ largest clients. You will be responsible for customer engagement, process modelling and development of system requirements, as well as the elicitation of business and technical requirements and the modelling of new and existing business processes to inform ICT project delivery for a fast paced, dynamic business unit.Tasks include:Liaise with Project Managers, Solution Architect/Engineers in the scoping and estimating for new initiativesTranslate business requirements into technical specifications in-line with proposed solutionsDocument, analyse and revise current and proposed business processesDocument Functional and Non-functional RequirementsSupport the Implementation and delivery of systems, services and software as per customer specifications and agreed solution documentInvestigate issues/errors/flaws in the current setup and identify ways to improve systems performance and efficiency by suggesting best practices in line with the organisations’ processes and system deployment standardsComplying with applicable standards, processes and governanceLiaise with development teams, other technical stakeholders and external vendors.Use your understanding of the different stakeholders in healthcare to plan and facilitate workshops to further define functionality, service and system flows.User Story development and participation in sprint planning and execution.Participate in working sessions with the scrum team to provide clarity on user stories, prioritise user stories and refine acceptance criteria.
