Your New CareerLeidos Australia’s Defence Digital Solutions & Support Division (DDS&S) have a new leadership opportunity to drive the operational and delivery capabilities to enable growth and high performance.  This role presents an opportunity to work closely with the Vice President, Executive and Senior Leaders in a complex, growing, global business.Reporting to the Vice President of DDS&S the successful candidate will collaborate across a vast stakeholder remit including Senior leadership and Program Directors across the business and be responsible for leading the delivery and sustainment elements including:Cost control, meeting revenue and profit commitmentsEnsuring commercial obligations are metRisk and issues managementDelivery and sustainment governance and transition to servicePrioritisation of initiatives and delivery against commitments to scheduleWorking in close collaboration with Program Directors, Head of Service and Operations and PMO to ensure high performance against commitmentsEnsures issues or initiatives delegated by the Vice President are addressed properly and efficiently and keeps track of progress until resolvedAnticipates, identifies and troubleshoots issues of concern or significance and exercise discretion to provide timely information and necessary updates across multiple stakeholdersProvides decision support through data gathering, information analysis, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholdersSet comprehensive goals aimed at high performance and growth Be instrumental in driving engagement with both internal and external stakeholders
