In this role, you’ll be the key contact for our conference clients, ensuring every event is executed seamlessly from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.What You’ll Be DoingCoordinate conferences and events from proposal to post-event reviewPrepare proposals and quotations for venue, catering, and accommodationLiaise with clients to ensure event needs are met with excellenceOrganise site inspections and produce event collateralSupport food & beverage service and maintain conference areasCollaborate across departments to ensure smooth event deliveryManage billing and budgets, and assist with inventory control
