Your New RoleAn average week for a Graduate Business Analyst could include a wide range of activities including:Supporting the analysis and development of business and technical processes and workflows to support the replacement of current, and implementation of new systems to support overall business transformation for the customer;Reporting on tasks and project activities, highlighting risks and issues appropriately;Communicating with a broad range of technical and business stakeholders, including responding to queries;Investigating operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements to business processes and workflows to achieve successful implementation of a new system;Assisting in the analysis of stakeholder objectives and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems, and identifying options for consideration;Working with stakeholders, to identify potential benefits and available options for consideration;Contributing to the selection of the business analysis methods, tools and techniques;Supporting the Service Delivery team with ad hoc tasks, as required.Graduates will be supported to develop their skills and knowledge specific to this role, to ensure they are able to contribute and reach their highest potential.
