Due to strategic growth, we are seeking to speak with a Principal-level BIM Modeller with a strong electrical building services background to join our National Building Engineering team.This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.How you'll make a difference:Work within a multidisciplinary Building Services team delivering projects across Defence, Healthcare, Aviation, Education, Commercial and major Infrastructure sectors.Lead the management and coordination of BIM deliverables for electrical services throughout design and construction phases.Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and BIM technicians to develop high-quality, data-rich models and documentation that meet client requirements and project objectives.Support project delivery by producing accurate BIM reports, monitoring model quality and working alongside Design Managers and Project Controls teams to ensure efficient project execution.Facilitate multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings, applying your knowledge of ISO 19650 and industry best practice to drive collaboration and resolve design issues.Mentor and support junior BIM modellers while championing innovation and continuous improvement across digital engineering workflows.
